“Good product - service is dreadful - time from date of order to delivery is unacceptable - remedial work took forever to happen, and even then Russells failed to include a replacement Roman Blind pull cord which was ordered.
This appears to be a classic case of a small regional company which expanded too quickly.”

“Quality of the curtains, blinds and fit excellent.
Curtains in the lounge over sliding door are not the same height as the other two windows.
Roman blind in the bedroom not the size I asked for.
Main bedroom with a fixed pelmet, the rushing of the tape hangs below the edge of the pelmet.
Diningroom window should have been a roman blind to match the small window. The curtain rail sticks out over the second roman blind.
Sadly my curtains took 4 months to arrive due to delay in blind fabric. The thoughts of packing up all these curtains to be sent back to Nelson, would have been a nightmare.
I spent a signifant amount and disappointed.”
