“Good product - service is dreadful - time from date of order to delivery is unacceptable - remedial work took forever to happen, and even then Russells failed to include a replacement Roman Blind pull cord which was ordered.
This appears to be a classic case of a small regional company which expanded too quickly.”

“We paid for our curtains in August, our installers have been 4 times and they are still not finished and it is now December. From the curtains being an incorrect length and having to be re sewn to bringing the wrong size and colour brackets it has been very frustrating for the money we have paid.”
