We chose to use Russells for our rental property as we had previously had great service when we updated the curtains in our own home. Sanne was excellent and very thorough when she came to the home to measure up and the installer was great as well. We mentioned that we would like the curtains to hang a bit lower and it was no problem for them to send someone to come and adjust the hooks so they hang at the right length. Would recommend Russells and use them again.
