To whom this may concern, Kate Le the sales represemtative was absolutely fantastic in her customer service and very helpful in making the right decisions. Without her assureity I dont think I would of gone with Russells.
Unfortuntately after the blinds were installed there was a minor issue with one of the 5 blinds installed that needed to be seen to. The process and the follow up and the misunderstanding internally in your company took the shine off Kate Le fantastic work. Instead of just adjusting the newly installled blinds the installer fixed other roman blinds that were not part of the new installation and was demanding payment. After considerable exchanges of calls over a period of time, not to mention time wasting finally this was waived. This was not pleasant.
