Stihl brushcutter arrived damaged with hair line crack which was not noticeable, but caused strong vibrations so I immediately rang Sam Turner who said it was normal, and they would phone back later, which they did not at any point. Therefore used the machine again, it became unusable after only a couple more hours use. Only by chance did a very serious accident not take place. Sam Turner blamed experienced gardener instead of following up properly, then took ages to respond, then charged for repair. Beware.
