They are a bunch of liars take a photo of what they are saying they sent when it was clearly not in the parcel don’t buy from this lot if don’t want to be scammed

I am writing this review in light of what was said to me. I would be sent a returns form at a cost of £60 which I agreed as I had a new lawnmower turn up without the oil that’s said it is in the box to which Sam turner and sons saids we take it out upon transport and you need to buy oil. Which wasn’t said on the website so I couldn’t use the lawnmower which was only taken out of box and left inside. Now I cannot return as it’s outside of the window so now I’m stuck with a new lawn mower without any oil which I haven’t started and now I cannot return it. So I will write this review anywhere I can. Unhelpful company

Just had a replacement 20 litre creosote drum after original was damaged at couriers. Whole process took less than a week. Great service from a company I will definitely be using again

Purchased x3 Husqvarna Automower Installation Temporary Fence Arches. For some reason, one of the boxes didn't have the joiners in it. Call on Friday morning to report it. I received replacement joiners the next day (Saturday). It was a brilliant service; thank you so much.

I have been to Northallerton branch few times /garden supplies,unfortunately the people there treat costumers differently according to their skin colour which is unacceptable and I noticed the same in piersbridge branch as well but I thought then it’s individualised character as for now Iam sure it’s the store attitude. We are just human beings walking on the same ground and the same sky on our heads!! Thank you

Package arrived in a soaking wet cardboard box. One of the bottle tops had not been tightened properly. I informed them by email, but no response, appalling customer service

This is a scam. I put my credit information in and hit send, it came back as my credit card wouldn’t go through. It turned out my credit card blocked them. I called in to the credit card and they asked if I had connected my card to google wallet and apple wallet today. I said no. They had to issue me a new credit card due to the fraud attempt. I am so glad Citi card caught this. You can’t trust any company you can’t talk to!

Attempted several times to order corner mainframe joints only appear to be able to use PayPal or Apple Pay ?...for total cost of 2 packets (plastic /small/light ) £5.98 but charging 7.49 delivery ( 7.99 express) !! Excessive charging

Payment taken immediately on order. Order not delivered for 2 weeks. Dishonest stock reporting on the website. Only half the ordered items received in the delivery and no response from customer service to ask where the missing items were. Absolutely terrible company that I doubt I would ever purchase from again.

head and stick. Parcel arrived with one broom head and two broom sticks neither of which fitted the broom head. Contacted them to advise. They said i would need to return the broom handles before they would send a replacement or refund and that I’d have to pay for the postage for the return. I explained that firstly the return postage would cost more that the price of a broom handle. And secondly we are currently in the middle of covid 19 lockdown I am in the vulnerable category so even if I wanted to return it I couldn’t in addition to this our post office shop is closed. I asked that they send a replacement broom stick which would virtually cost them nothing (how much can a Wooden stick cost???) they said no it was my fault for ordering it. I said the website doesn’t stare which stick goes with which broom head. They said too bad my fault and they repeated that I need to return it! I have never come across such dumb and down right terrible customer care ever. They would rather ruin their reputation than spend £2 on a broom stick which they shouldn’t have sent in the first place. I order a lot from gardening suppliers as I own a property management firm this was a first small order will definitely be my last. Love to hear the reply to this I am happy to copy and paste my email response from them for all to see.

Ordered 2 pairs of wellies 1 leaked on first use they tested and agreed they were leaking won’t refund or replaced until they have been credited by there supplier. In the mean time I ordered another pair of boots over the phone and payed when I rung to find out we’re my boots were they asked for £9.99 delivery charge I explained they didn’t mention this when I was ordering so they said pay it or have a refund. I had a refund and purchased from wellies.com. I would never use this company again
