I brought a hard disk with the collect at Saturn date on Tuesday 7 December 21. Instead of proactive informing me that the hard disk can't be delivered on time I had to find out the next day that they can't deliver. When I asked for an alternative solution the call center simply hanged up.
I can everyone advise not to buy at Saturn/MediaMarkt. They are not informing their clients and they are clearly only interested in accepting your money and not in delivering on their promises.
