Saturn is stealing money from customers. Saturn has not refunded me, after more than 2 months for a product that was not delivered. I ordered two items, and I canceled one of them, so the delivery was canceled. This was early November. Up to this date, I haven't received a refund from Saturn (amount of more than 1000 EUR), and I have been calling them many times. And it's always "it's not me, it's my colleagues", „the item didn’t reach the storage (after more than 2 months!!! and as if it’s my problem since i never received it)“, and still nothing... Every time I called, I was promised it would be solved within the day ( just to get rid of me) and then literally nothing happened (called at least 5 times, and have no idea what else to do). cannot believe! this is a robbery. Will never order from there again, and, to save your nerves and money, I advise, go somewhere else. Ebay is much more credible and easy to buy from!
