Decided to push the boat out as my home cooking was outgrowing my random selection of knives at home and invest in a handcrafted UK-made product. I've been using the chef's knife for several weeks now and it really is a massive step up from anything I've owned or even used before - light, yet perfectly balanced and a good sharpness that's easy to retain to date. I doubt this will be my last purchase if the knife stands the test of time!
