This is a very rare thing indeed, it's not just about selling you a knife it's about the exceptional service wrapped around it. The knife is fantastic and a pleasure to own but it's also all about the ordering process, the communication, the lovely packaging and the after sales care. So many retailers and company's miss this, they think it's just about selling you a product but not Savernake the whole experience it's just first class. As you can tell I'm very impressed and I suspect I'll be back for another knife. Worth far more than 5 stars.
