I had heard about this company, and I wanted to buy someting good quality and British made. Fortunately, I was not in the least disappointed. Good quality and sturdy. I really liked the 'follow up' on how to take care of the knife and keep it sharp.....(apparently, I've been doing it wrong for 50 years!)
