I had seen their kitchen knives and wanted something unique. I went to visit them and Laurie showed me what was available. I then discovered they did bespoke options. So two G&T knives ordered there and then. I started the process of creating a knife for hunting with the brilliant advice from Laurie. I wanted the handle to be of a specific wood which they were more than happy to oblige with. They were able to laser engrave a specific design onto it.
