Absolutely superb customer service. I ordered my knife but forgot to add the discount code to my order. I contacted them and asked if it was possible to do anything. I was contacted by Laurie (Founder) and was issued a refund for the discount amount. I am very happy with my knife. It is so light, well balanced and extremely sharp. I thought my old knives were sharp. I'm having to adjust my slicing / chopping to compensate for the new level of sharpness. I'm saving up to buy another. Love it.
