Customer service second to none! From the website which was my first encounter with Savernake to the incredibly helpful, nothing-is-too-much-trouble approach from everyone I spoke to, it has been a brilliant experience. So helpful in enabling me to choose all the options to create a birthday gift which could not have been more successful.
