Superb quality, beautifully made knives which are a pleasure to use. Given to my wife (a keen and highly skilled cook) as a birthday gift, she was absolutely delighted - so I'm in the good books for a bit! I can't speak highly enough of Savernake Knives - Laurie was extremely helpful in helping me choose the knife set (five knives) that fitted the bill and I'm sure we'll soon be "needing" a carver, bread knife and cleaver...
