Our very attractive custom made knife arrived just in time for Christmas dinner. Too bad it couldn't cut butter or anything else as we were not advised that it didn't come sharpened! We chose the standard sharpening option. A room full of chefs, cooking school friends, etc., not exactly what we were hoping for. We did try to make contact with Savernake, but they haven't replied.
