I was really pleased with my first order from Scents, Soaps & Candles, everything was as I'd hoped. The caps look so much nicer in real life than they do in the pictures. My one piece of feedback would be about packaging. I live in a small flat and am starting a small business, and I keep on receiving packages overflowing with loose fill (from lots of companies - not just SS&C). It just loads up my bin. I'd rather just receive a smaller box, or even a couple of boxes over a box which is 50% loose fill (which just ends up filling the communal bins or sitting around my flat until bin day).
