I’ve had a few orders from Scents soap and candles and the products have always been good quality and the website is very helpful. However I have a couple of gripes, firstly the delivery cost is very expensive and even when I’ve spent nearly £100 I’m still charged for delivery. Secondly, when I ordered 24 Karen candle holders and 24 lids I made a mistake and ordered the 20cl candle holders and 30cl lids. It would have been excellent customer service if you had contacted me to confirm if my order was correct. Now I will have to order more lids and holders to fit the different sizes which will cost me a lot more money. I could return them but as it was my mistake I would have to pay delivery again. So a lose lose situation for me! Think I will shop elsewhere!
