When my package arrived I had 1 candle lid missing and also nearly half (9 to be exact) of the candle jars damaged from the 24 I purchased. All 9 candles are scratched really bad where I can see and feel the scratches and so will my customers. When raising the issue expecting the matter to be resolved whereby replacement jars are sent as cannot work with the ones delivered, instead I received an email so passive like the issue can just be hidden and brushed under the carpet with no actual effort to resolve the issue.
