When I looked on the website the black fibre reeds were out of stock. Each time I checked they were still out of stock so I emailed Scents Soaps & Candles who replied that same day letting me know the likely delivery date. As soon as the reeds were in stock I placed an order which was delivered two days - excellent service ! Many thanks
