Ordering experience was OK albeit checkout stage kept crashing and not displaying on mobile. Products seem OK. Fragrance has always been decent. CB Advanced wax 8 out of 10 compared to previous supplier of it Melt wax not tested yet. Ordered over 250 GBP of product and requested a nominal amount back on delivery as the delivery fee was extortionate. Equated to about 1% I asked for back on a large order. Was refused and told no more could be fit in the wax boxes (I fit the 1 x fragrance oil in the wax box no issue when testing). Therefore was charged additional shipping on top of the already large shipping fee for the wax.
