Unfortunately my order, which had a 48 hour delivery option and was urgent and needed to arrive by that time, did not arrive for almost a week. I wrote to the company after the 48 hours and they just said it wasn’t guaranteed. I wrote again after 5 days to complain but they didn’t bother to reply. I ah to cancel my own customers order that it was needed for. Not happy
