Excellent communication and quick delivery.
As a beginner I did expect to receive everything in order to make my candles immediately. Again, as a beginner maybe I should have checked, exactly what you needed and what was included in the kit. I look forward to making my candles once I have purchased the thermometer, pouring jug and double boiler!
Cannot fault the quality of the items received.
