I can only be honest about the experience that I have had so far with this company. I placed my first order with them on Sunday 28th June at 8:40 pm. Firstly, I made a small mistake with my order and emailed the company to ask that it could be rectified. On Monday morning I received a response saying that this would not be a problem at all. At 10.24 am on Monday 29th I received an email from DPD to say my goods would be delivered on 30th and an update from the company to inform me that my items had been shipped. 11:15 am Tuesday 30th June all items have been delivered, very well packed without any damage. Fragrances nicely bottled with clear instructions. So all in all at this point I cannot give less than five stars.
