My school's take on School Outlet unfortunately is not a great one. We ordered chairs in September and were never notified until we started reaching out that there would be a delay in shipping. Every time there was a new onboarding date it would get pushed another two or three weeks. Due to this the shipment date was delayed over two months. At this point, we had started to request a refund due to us needing the chairs and not receiving them on time. The response we received was if we requested a refund we would have to pay a 25% cancellation fee to be able to have it completed due to the company not being prompt on their end. Luckily after that, the chairs were delivered. Due to all of these circumstances, we will not be continuing our business with this company.
