We immediately contacted the manufacturer to ship out replacement legs. Unfortunately, there were delays on their end to process this request in a timely manner. Meanwhile, the carrier eventually located the missing pallet and delivered it. We apologize for the fact it took longer than anticipated to resolve the issue and for you to receive the order in total. “I ordered a toddler table two seater. First of all it would not hold any toddler, the sits would not even hold a large baby doll. I wanted to return and was willing to purchase a table with bigger seats. I was told that wasn't an option. I was told to return it with a 20% restocking fee AND pay for the shipping to send back. I have been in business for 43 years and have never heard of a thing. They are misleading when they show bigger children in the table when advertizing on there website. Becareful when ordering from this company. I hated to do it but I have stopped payment to this company. I do not recommend ordering from this company...... School Outlet.”
