“The sales rep I dealt with, Jay, was very helpful during the quoting process. We did have an issue after the order was placed. We ordered 30 folding chairs, but 8 days after ordering I got an email that the supplier said they were in packages of 4, so did we want 28 or 32? So our order ended up shipping over a week after we anticipated, which was frustrating on our end. Otherwise, we received what we ordered.”
“We ordered a 7' table and it was shipped without the legs! It's taken several emails back and forth, asking us how many cartons arrived. One large carton and several smaller ones with just casters. Not sure what it matters because if there were 100, none of them contained the legs!
The legs were shipped immediately and we were given a nice, partial refund. The customer service was great.”
Hello Renee. Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. We were informed the carrier lost the pallet with the cartons containing the legs for the tables. We immediately contacted the manufacturer to ship out replacement legs. Unfortunately, there were delays on their end to process this request in a timely manner. Meanwhile, the carrier eventually located the missing pallet and delivered it. We apologize for the fact it took longer than anticipated to resolve the issue and for you to receive the order in total. “Your pricing was better than other vendors. However, your follow-up auto-generated emails are quite harrassing. My order had already been placed and I received no less than 10 emails asking about that item and the quote you produced. And emails asking for payment prior to the product being delivered is not good. Please adjust your auto-messaging.”
“Things worked out great from the purchasing side but the delivery was a bit of worry for us. We had a HUUGE funeral followed by a family luncheon last Friday here at the church and on Thursday received word via email only that our shipment was scheduled to arrive by FED EX on Friday between 10-2.. All I thought of was the arrival right in the middle of our service...I tried and tried to contact FED EX but to aveil .. We ended up being lucky that they only arrived shortly after 2p which was right after the family had left. Somehow you should receive a call ahead so if there is an issue such as this that you could head it off -- becuase you got to speak to someone .... Other then that the chairs are good.”
“The chairs are exactly as described as they were online. They are easy to assemble. The color blue is nicer than my computer had displayed. My only complaint is had one of our club members not been at the building for a completely other reason. Our chairs could have sat outside or even worse been stolen all $4700 worth. The link I was sent didn't work. The body of the link said our chairs were being readied for shipment. I get a call from the driver wanting to know who is going to unload his truck. He is at the building now. I'm an hour away. Even going back to the delivery link the next day it still didn't work.”
