Things worked out great from the purchasing side but the delivery was a bit of worry for us. We had a HUUGE funeral followed by a family luncheon last Friday here at the church and on Thursday received word via email only that our shipment was scheduled to arrive by FED EX on Friday between 10-2.. All I thought of was the arrival right in the middle of our service...I tried and tried to contact FED EX but to aveil .. We ended up being lucky that they only arrived shortly after 2p which was right after the family had left. Somehow you should receive a call ahead so if there is an issue such as this that you could head it off -- becuase you got to speak to someone .... Other then that the chairs are good.
