The sales rep I dealt with, Jay, was very helpful during the quoting process. We did have an issue after the order was placed. We ordered 30 folding chairs, but 8 days after ordering I got an email that the supplier said they were in packages of 4, so did we want 28 or 32? So our order ended up shipping over a week after we anticipated, which was frustrating on our end. Otherwise, we received what we ordered.
