We ordered a 7' table and it was shipped without the legs! It's taken several emails back and forth, asking us how many cartons arrived. One large carton and several smaller ones with just casters. Not sure what it matters because if there were 100, none of them contained the legs!
The legs were shipped immediately and we were given a nice, partial refund. The customer service was great.
