“Your prices are competitive and the products are high quality. My only complaint is that your sales staff is TOO AGGRESSIVE/PERSISTENT. Despite several requests to not be contacted (either by phone or email) on two different orders at two completely different times of year, I continued to receive pesky phone calls and emails inquiring about my status on the quote/order. I am the only administrator in the building and the wheels turn slowly on some administrative matters (like order new furniture). Please provide different training so your sales staff learns to respect the time and demands placed on school office staff. They are not our top (or even among our top 25) priority. We will get to it”

Our sincere apologies for the frustration this incident has caused. In reviewing the details of your order, we can confirm the table was ordered on December 29 from a manufacturer of school furniture that is closed during the Christmas and New Years holidays. You attempted to call our offices on Dec 30 and 31 when we were closed for the holidays. However, we immediately responded when we returned to the office on January 2, and addressed your concerns about the damage and offered to take care of the shipping issue.
We commit to reviewing our internal procedures to better address incidents that occur during the year-end holiday season when many of our manufacturers are shut down.

Actually 10 were ordered and 9 were good and 1 was broken so my principal ordered me a new one because there is so much delay in the way purchase ordes are done here, so it was disappointing my school had to pay again. Hello Renee. Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. We were informed the carrier lost the pallet with the cartons containing the legs for the tables. We immediately contacted the manufacturer to ship out replacement legs. Unfortunately, there were delays on their end to process this request in a timely manner. Meanwhile, the carrier eventually located the missing pallet and delivered it. We apologize for the fact it took longer than anticipated to resolve the issue and for you to receive the order in total. “I ordered a toddler table two seater. First of all it would not hold any toddler, the sits would not even hold a large baby doll. I wanted to return and was willing to purchase a table with bigger seats. I was told that wasn't an option. I was told to return it with a 20% restocking fee AND pay for the shipping to send back. I have been in business for 43 years and have never heard of a thing. They are misleading when they show bigger children in the table when advertizing on there website. Becareful when ordering from this company. I hated to do it but I have stopped payment to this company. I do not recommend ordering from this company...... School Outlet.”
