Your prices are competitive and the products are high quality. My only complaint is that your sales staff is TOO AGGRESSIVE/PERSISTENT. Despite several requests to not be contacted (either by phone or email) on two different orders at two completely different times of year, I continued to receive pesky phone calls and emails inquiring about my status on the quote/order. I am the only administrator in the building and the wheels turn slowly on some administrative matters (like order new furniture). Please provide different training so your sales staff learns to respect the time and demands placed on school office staff. They are not our top (or even among our top 25) priority. We will get to it
