Shipping costs are exorbitant, and both the original item and its replacement have arrived damaged beyond use.
For almost $300 in shipping costs to ship a rolling whiteboard (that I will have to assemble), this is completely unacceptable.
When I asked for a refund for the shipping costs, I was told they can’t issue “partial refunds”.
I am giving them a THIRD chance to make this right. If the item is damaged again, I will ask for a refund. Either way, I will not be ordering from them for my agency ever again.
