The chairs arrived undamaged and in less time than expected. They appear as described and seem very sturdy. The material has a little bit of a weave to it, which is nice. The cushions are quite firm, but they should loosen up over time. My only complaint is that the tracking information never worked properly and when I reached out to customer service, I never heard back. Thankfully someone was present to handle the delivery. Overall I am quite pleased with my order!
