Company was not forthcoming with their delivery procedures and not willing to work with the school site. They provided misleading information. I ended up haveing to pay my custodians extra hours to finish set up and delivery to classrooms which was supposed to have been completed through the installation fee. 2 items from our order were defective and replacements were supposed to be sent. We have yet to receive them 3 weeks later.
