I've ordered 4 times from the SEGA Shop, and every time, there were no issues. Items are of excellent quality, delivery is trackable from the start, and everything is packaged with care.
As long as they start to rotate stock lines, to tie into upcoming game and movie releases, they will keep me coming back. The recent addition of a points scheme is very reasonable, compared to others. Recommended. :)
