My nearly 30-year-old niece was in a "strictly no flowers" hospital so I sent her a bear (with accompanying tube of jelly beans) from Send a Cuddly. This was a huge success, her absolutely favourite thing, and now has place of honour in her bedroom at home. The bear is so soft and beautifully made, and arrived by lunchtime the day after I ordered it online (for an extra speedy postage cost).
