“The actual product is very good. The toy is good quality and it is worth ordering a box which is tied with a lovely ribbon. I would give five stars if it wasn't for Royal Mail intending to deliver on a certain day three times. As I didn't want the parcel left on the doorstep I waited in three times. They eventually delivered at 7am on a Saturday. In that time I ordered from three different companies that delivered on the promised day but they didn't use Royal Mail.”

“I purchased a poodle cuddly for my little boys Christmas and 'send a cuddly' have went above and beyond to make this gift as special as it can be. We sadly lost our toy poodle this year and this poodle was exactly like our little dog, the poodle cuddly has red ribbons on the ears and 'send a cuddly' removed the ribbons before sending this out and I could not have been more grateful to them as our poodle was a boy so didn't want the ribbons on.
