“I have used Send a Cuddly a few times now to buy gifts across the range there is a good selection all of the toys have been beautifully made and feel lovely. The app is a great way to build your gift and can be given in confidence that it will be delivered and arrived making smiles.”

“The product (a soft toy dog) was exactly like the picture shown online if not better. Very soft, quality 'faux fur and facial features' have been used to make the breed appear authentic. Postage and delivery was excellent, parcel arrived 3 days after ordering in a box, nicely wrapped and thick quality card medal on the dog's collar. Thank you 'send a Cuddly', this wil be the perfect present!”

“I didn't see the result of my purchase of a cuddly badger for a friend in a nursing home who cannot be contacted now. But I hear that it arrived quickly and now sits on her bed. I hope it brings her some comfort. This was an easy, convenient and reliable company to order from.”

“Robin was what I ordered and robin received. Was not sure on this if it was going to look like a cheap toy. What I received was a soft fluffy robin. He in pride of place in my lounge watching over us. We have lost family members and robins mean a lot to for remembering them.”

“Nicely wrapped, but smaller than I expected and I felt disappointed with the collar and tag. My Labrador died recently so I chose his name for the collar but it just came as a cardboard tag with his name on with a sticker. For the price I paid I’m disappointed.”

“Online buying experiences don’t come better than this. The delivery was so quick, arrived in perfect condition. Packaged perfectly and the perfection kept coming as I opened up the cuddly. The entire presentation was simply astonishing, the messages were a beautiful touch, and the quality of the cuddly is second to none. “I ordered this for my Mum, who loves dogs but can no longer own one. She was thrilled with the quality of the toy, and the customer service was excellent.
