“Was delivered really quickly. Order confirmation email received immediately after ordering. Payed for a gift box and so pleased I did . I ordered the ginger cat as a keepsake for my ginger cat who is in his last few weeks of life due to illness. Would definitely recommend this company. Amazing quality will be using again in the future. Loads to choose from and for every occasion x”

“Purchased a Steiff bear for a newborn baby. Bella and her colleagues were helpful in advising me which bear to buy and also very helpful when Royal Mail were late with the delivery. They all took my concerns on board and couldn’t have helped more. 5 star treatment from them. Keep up the good work and many thanks!”

“I had an original issue with the heated Sloths where some stitching had unfortunately come way. The response i got from send a snuggly was great and i got a replacement within a few days. Excellent service and thank you”

“The actual product is very good. The toy is good quality and it is worth ordering a box which is tied with a lovely ribbon. I would give five stars if it wasn't for Royal Mail intending to deliver on a certain day three times. As I didn't want the parcel left on the doorstep I waited in three times. They eventually delivered at 7am on a Saturday. In that time I ordered from three different companies that delivered on the promised day but they didn't use Royal Mail.”
