I ordered an item 6 weeks ago for my sons birthday - when it wasn’t delivered within a few weeks I followed up but have waited weeks for replies to emails and keep being told the warehouse manager will place a track on the item and it will be delivered urgently - still nothing and now no response to my emails. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
