Shockingly bad experience sadly. Order arrived two weeks late, didn’t contain goods ordered , but similar items. Sensory cushion was completely different form photo - different colour , different face, no packing , labels, safety screw for battery box missing - must have been used . Only one sawn in label in Chinese . Arrived in a bag - all mushed up. So not safely and unprofessionally packaged. In reply I was told I need to pay to return the items myself and better get the parcel insured. I can point out they didn’t send it out insured or tracked as when I chased it before Christmas I was told they sent it on the basic delivery option via Royal Mail.
