Ordered 2 items, said it would be dispatched that day. Weeks later still nothing, have asked for a refunds 3 times, instead of refunding they keep saying its on its way, with royal mail. No apologies, no tracking numbers, no evidence of dispatch. Most companies would refund no questions asked.
Feels like i’m dealing with someone in another country, very strange.
