I have tried repeatedly to contact the company after they sent out the wrong product, they failed to respond to my email so I asked them to contact me via Facebook by commenting on the page and requesting they contact me. Rather than reaching out they deleted my comments and blocked me. Disgraceful customer service especially considering they are dealing with parents of kids with special needs they should be ashamed,please avoid at all cost
