Ordered 6 weeks ago. Any attempt to get an update met with response saying to fill in the same ticket I have already filled. Did not contact more than weekly in the first instance as per company request but they did not adhere to there own timescales. Will be contacting trading standards within the week (ordered 6 weeks ago and nothing to show for it). Phone lines have prerecorded messages citing email address and no alternative contact. Completely awful experience so far and will warn people away from them in a personal and professional capacity.
