Ordered goods over 3 months ago, absolutely awful customer service. Raised queries, get standard email reply but haven't dealt with the issue. No-one will speak to you from the company. After speaking directly with the dispatching company for the goods it would appear Sensory Education are in financial difficulties and goods are at depot but they won't release them as they haven't had payment. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and they are refusing. Have contacted our legal department. This is a company you should avoid at all costs.
