I bought 2 rainbow carpets through Sensory Education last November. They're used for a max of 4 hours per MONTH and are disintegrating badly.
I've been trying to contact SE since July and have been bounced around the most ridiculous routes with several sets of online forms to fill in, each time to then receive an email to say "we're sorry you didn't receive your products"!!! ARGH.
I resorted to contacting Klarna as they are the intermediary used for a credit card purchase. They gave me an email address to contact at SE - I did this a month ago (18th October 2022) and STILL haven't got a reply despite resending the email, so Klarna have now closed the case because it wasn't completed within a certain time frame.
This company might be fine to purchase through providing nothing goes wrong with the product - however, should you need redress you can't communicate by telephone - ring the number here or on the website and you get a covid message to say that you can only contact by email!! So you're left to their ludicrous online system. When I replied to the emails I received information back - but it did not relate to the questions I asked or the items i bought. So incredibly frustrating.
They might be cheaper than other sites - but I've overpaid in time trying to get a solution, however it's still unresolved.
