You sent replacements rather than what I ordered and then refused to refund . If someone orders 4 x red, blue, green and yellow they expect to get what they ordered. If you couldn’t fulfilll the order you should have sent an email to say that you didn’t have any blue in stock. If I had known I would have cancelled my whole order. Now you’ve got my money and I’ve not got what I ordered. But a good outcome for your customer.
