Ordered two items one circa £5 and the other circa £65. Only the £5 item was delivered.
I have since emailed repeatedly (form reponse that never changes regardless of my email), phoned (they no longer take calls apparently) and filled out their online form twice seeking a resolution. I've had no success in over 2months and essentially lost £65 to a company that refuses to respond to queries/complaints.
