I don’t usually place reviews however, after placing 2 large orders on the 16th of November I am yet to receive either order.
I have contacted them via email, web forms to which no avail. I am very disappointed in the lack of responses received. I have tried to call however the phone doesn’t even ring out.
I have received an email stating one order was cancelled on request of the customer, I did not ask to cancel my order. I have therefore questioned why this has been cancelled to receive no explanation.
